These terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Eureka-Concept srl, whose registered office is located at Rue Houssière, No. 1, 7911 Frasnes-lez-Anvaing, Belgium, registered in the Tournai Trade Register under number 0862.995.241, VAT number BE0862.995.241, hereinafter referred to as "Eureka-Concept srl" and managing the website https://www.detruirat.com/ and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website. https://www.detruirat.com/ hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
The term "reseller" refers to any natural or legal person wishing to sell goods acquired on the https://www.detruirat.com/, whether new or second-hand.
Article 1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Eureka-Concept srl and the purchaser and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website. https://www.detruirat.com/ The purchase of a product through this website implies the buyer's unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing their order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares that they have full legal capacity, enabling them to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.
Eureka-Concept srl reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its website. Therefore, the applicable terms and conditions will be those in force on the date of the purchaser's order.

These conditions also apply to all parts attached to DétruiRAT traps and to any replacement parts.

The trap's power supply must be disconnected before any work is carried out on the trap, as there is a risk of electrocution.
In the event of resale of equipment purchased on the website https://www.detruirat.com/ of Eureka-Concept srl, the "reseller" undertakes to provide the new purchaser and/or end user with the safety instructions relating to the use of DétruiRAT brand products, as well as the user manuals.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those listed on the website. https://www.detruirat.com/ by Eureka-Concept srl, while stocks last. Eureka-Concept srl reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description detailing its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the Seller. The sale of products presented on the website https://www.detruirat.com/ is intended for all purchasers residing in countries that fully authorise the entry of these products into their territory.
Article 3. Installation
Eureka-Concept does not provide installation services. The purchaser is responsible for all installation and must ensure that the conditions required for the proper functioning of DétruiRAT traps are met, including the necessary safety precautions regarding the dangers of 6000 V electrocution. The 12-volt DC power supply must be complied with. The warranty does not cover misuse, connection errors (positive and negative), connections other than 12-volt DC, and other problems preventing proper operation. Any modification to the trap is strictly prohibited as you would be at risk of electrocution and Eureka-Concept Ltd. will not be held responsible and declines all liability in this regard. Any modifications made to the trap will also not be covered by the warranty. Only accessories supplied by Eureka-Concept srl are authorised. In the event of a problem, only Eureka-Concept is authorised to work on the trap.
Article 4. Clause on the proper functioning of DétruiRAT traps
Eureka-Concept Ltd. can only guarantee the proper functioning of DétruiRAT traps if the conditions specified for their use are met. The purchaser must ensure that the electrical installation is adequate; any defects resulting from inappropriate conditions will not be covered by the warranty. Technical information on DétruiRAT traps is provided for information purposes only and is subject to change without notice.
Article 5. Rates
The prices displayed on the product pages of the online catalogue are in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC), taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order, unless the mention "HTVA" is displayed (this mention stipulates that the price displayed is exclusive of VAT). Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. Eureka-Concept srl reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased. In Belgium, for any order of two or more trap models, delivery is free of charge; for any order of less than two models, or for export outside Belgium, a flat-rate contribution to the delivery costs will be charged to the buyer depending on the order. Delivery costs are calculated directly on the website before payment of your order.
Article 6. Ordering, acceptance of quotations and payment terms
Any order for DétruiRAT traps implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale and acknowledgement by the purchaser of the safety instructions. No modification of the clauses will be accepted unless agreed in writing by both parties. Orders placed at events such as trade shows and fairs may be cancelled within seven working days of signing the order by registered post.
Before placing an order, the buyer must create an account on the website. https://www.detruirat.com/The account creation section can be accessed directly from the top menu bar. Each time they visit the site, buyers who wish to place an order or view their account (order status, invoices, profile, etc.) must log in using this information. It is also possible to place an order without a customer account, as a guest, but you will not be able to view your order history or access the other files available in the customer area. Eureka-Concept srl offers buyers the option of ordering and paying for their products in several stages, with a single payment option:
Secure payment by debit or credit card (via the Mollie system): the buyer selects the products they wish to order in the "basket", modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), and clicks on the "Payment" button. The buyer checks the billing and delivery addresses or enters new ones. When the delivery address is selected, the shipping costs are calculated and presented to the buyer. The buyer must then acknowledge that they have read and understood the safety instructions for using DétruiRAT traps. Without this acknowledgement, the order cannot be confirmed. The next step is to pay for the order by clicking on the "Pay now" button. The buyer is redirected to the secure Mollie interface to safely enter their personal payment details. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is finalised. Payment by credit card is irrevocable.
Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge of them and waiver of the right to invoke one's own terms and conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and has entered it on the order form, Eureka-Concept srl will send the invoice for the order by email.
Invoices are payable in cash upon ordering, before collection and/or before delivery. The goods remain the property of Eureka-Concept srl until full payment has been received.

Article 7. Retention of title
Eureka-Concept srl retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment has been received, including the principal amount, costs and taxes.
Article 8. Withdrawal
The buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original packaging, intact and unopened. Any item that has been unpacked and used will not be accepted for return.

The refund will be made after your return has been processed, within 14 working days.
Refunds will only be made by bank transfer.
Article 9. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address specified when placing the order, only within the agreed geographical area. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.
The buyer will receive delivery at their home or at the address agreed with the carrier. If they are absent, a delivery notice will be left, allowing the parcel to be collected from the collection point indicated by the carrier, within the time limit set by the carrier. In the event of a second delivery attempt or redelivery, any additional costs imposed by the carrier will be borne by the buyer.
In accordance with European and Belgian legislation, the risk associated with transport remains the responsibility of the seller until the parcel is actually delivered to the buyer or to a person designated by them.
The buyer is required to check the external condition of the parcel in the presence of the carrier upon delivery.
In the event of visible damage (impact, tearing, opening, crushing, etc.), the purchaser must refuse delivery or immediately make specific reservations with the carrier. The parcel will then be returned to the supplier for exchange.
If the buyer accepts delivery without reservation, the parcel is irrevocably considered to have been delivered in good condition with regard to any apparent damage related to transport.
In this case, no claims will be accepted for traps damaged during transport.
If damage clearly related to transport is found after unconditional acceptance, repair may be considered; however, the costs of return, re-shipment and any repair shall be borne entirely by the purchaser.
These provisions do not limit the purchaser's legal rights regarding the guarantee of conformity, which applies only to defects that are not apparent or unrelated to transport.
Article 10. Warranty
The DétruiRAT trap warranty covers the replacement of parts with manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years. Parts that are defective due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty also excludes problems related to power surges exceeding 13.8 volts DC, misuse, use in excessively humid environments, or exposure to rain. It also does not cover damage caused by foreign objects (dust, powdered milk, or other elements) that may block the mechanics or damage the electronics.
If DétruiRAT traps are used in environments where they may be damaged (e.g. objects falling on the trap, animals trampling on the device, etc.), they will not be covered by the warranty. Unjustified interventions will be invoiced.
DétruiRAT traps must be placed in safe locations, without risk of injuring or killing non-target animals (birds, etc.). It is also important not to frighten nearby animals with the noise of the trap being triggered. Eureka-Concept SRL cannot be held liable for any accidents caused by user negligence.
Products distributed by Eureka-Concept SRL under the DétruiRAT brand, or under any other brand, are covered by the same warranty and general terms and conditions of sale as Eureka-Concept.

Before sending anything, it is essential to contact our customer service department by email at the following address: info@detruirat.com, or by post to the address indicated above. After reviewing your request, we will contact you to arrange for the replacement part to be sent or the equipment to be returned.
Return costs under warranty – Customers located in the European Union:
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Eureka-Concept if the defect is proven and covered by the warranty.
- If, after verification, the defect is not covered (misuse, normal wear and tear, unsuitable environment, etc.), the customer will be charged for the return and redelivery costs.
- In this case, a flat-rate analysis fee of €75 excluding VAT will also be charged to cover the tests and diagnosis carried out.
Return and redelivery costs – Customers outside the European Union:
In the event of a product under warranty being returned from a country outside the European Union, the transport costs, any customs duties, re-importation costs and all other costs associated with returning the product to Belgium shall be borne entirely by the customer.
Similarly, the costs of returning the repaired or replaced product, as well as any export, customs clearance or local taxes, shall also be borne by the customer.
No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted.
We advise customers located outside the EU to familiarise themselves with the shipping and return conditions before sending any items.
Article 11. Liability
Eureka-Concept srl, in the process of distance selling, is bound only by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other unintentional problems.
Article 12. Intellectual property
All elements of the website https://www.detruirat.com/ are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Eureka-Concept srl. No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the website, whether in the form of photographs, logos, visuals, or text, unless prior authorisation has been given.

Eureka-Concept srl undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information provided by the purchaser, which may be required for the use of certain services. As such, the internet user has the right to access, modify and delete information concerning him/her. Article 14. Dispute resolution
These terms and conditions of distance selling are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Tournai, Belgium, in accordance with Belgian law.
