Article 3. Installation
No installation is carried out by Eureka-Concept. The purchaser is responsible for any installation and must ensure that the required conditions are met for the correct operation of the DétruiRAT traps, including the necessary safety precautions concerning the dangers of electrocution 6000 V, the power supply in 12volts DC must be respected. The guarantee does not cover incorrect handling, connection errors (positive and negative), connections other than 12 volts DC, and other problems preventing correct operation. Article 5. Fares

Article 9. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated when the order was placed, which can only be within the agreed geographical area. Article 10: Guarantee
The guarantee on DétruiRAT traps covers the replacement of parts with a manufacturing defect for a period of 2 years. Parts found to be faulty as a result of misuse or normal wear and tear will not be covered by the guarantee.
The warranty also excludes problems caused by overvoltage in excess of 13.8 Volts DC, misuse, use in excessively humid environments or exposure to rain. Nor does it cover damage caused by foreign bodies (dust, powdered milk or other elements) that could block the mechanics or damage the electronics.
If the DétruiRAT traps are used in environments where they may be damaged (e.g. objects falling on the trap, animals trampling on the device, etc.), they will not be covered by the guarantee. Unjustified interventions will be invoiced.
DétruiRAT traps must be placed in safe locations, without risk of injuring or killing non-target animals (birds, etc.). It is also important not to frighten off nearby animals by the sound of the trap being triggered. Eureka-Concept SRL cannot be held responsible for any accident caused by a lack of vigilance on the part of the user.

Return postage under warranty - Customers located in the European Union :
