Article 3. Installation

No installation is carried out by Eureka-Concept. The purchaser is responsible for any installation and must ensure that the required conditions are met for the correct operation of the DétruiRAT traps, including the necessary safety precautions concerning the dangers of electrocution 6000 V, the power supply in 12volts DC must be respected. The guarantee does not cover incorrect handling, connection errors (positive and negative), connections other than 12 volts DC, and other problems preventing correct operation. Any modification on the trap is strictly forbidden as you would be in danger of electrocution and Eureka-Concept srl will not be held responsible and declines any liability in this respect. Any modification made to the trap will not be covered by the warranty. Only accessories supplied by Eureka-Concept srl are allowed. Article 4. Clause governing the proper operation of the DétruiRAT traps

Eureka-Concept srl can only guarantee the correct operation of the DétruiRAT traps if the conditions specified for their use are respected. The purchaser must ensure adequate electrical installation, any defect resulting from inappropriate conditions will not be covered by the warranty. The technical information on the DétruiRAT traps is given for guidance only, and changes may be made without notice.

Article 5. Fares

The prices displayed on the product sheets of the Internet catalogue are in Euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC), taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order, except where the wording HTVA is displayed (this wording stipulates that the price displayed is exclusive of VAT). Article 7. Reservation of ownership

Article 8. Withdrawal​

The buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of his/her order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of the return costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened. Any item that has been unpacked and used will not be accepted.

Article 9. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated when the order was placed, which can only be within the agreed geographical area. Deliveries are made according to the delivery method chosen by the purchaser. Delivery times are given as an indication only. The buyer is delivered to his/her home by the delivery person. If the purchaser is absent, he/she will receive a notice of passage from the deliveryman, which will enable him/her to collect the products ordered from the collection points proposed by the deliveryman, and available for a period indicated by the deliveryman. The risks associated with transport are borne by the purchaser from the time the items leave the premises of the company Eureka-Concept. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any charges imposed by the carrier or the company in charge of delivery in order to arrange for a second delivery.

Article 10: Guarantee

The guarantee on DétruiRAT traps covers the replacement of parts with a manufacturing defect for a period of 2 years. Parts found to be faulty as a result of misuse or normal wear and tear will not be covered by the guarantee.

The warranty also excludes problems caused by overvoltage in excess of 13.8 Volts DC, misuse, use in excessively humid environments or exposure to rain. Nor does it cover damage caused by foreign bodies (dust, powdered milk or other elements) that could block the mechanics or damage the electronics.

If the DétruiRAT traps are used in environments where they may be damaged (e.g. objects falling on the trap, animals trampling on the device, etc.), they will not be covered by the guarantee. Unjustified interventions will be invoiced.

DétruiRAT traps must be placed in safe locations, without risk of injuring or killing non-target animals (birds, etc.). It is also important not to frighten off nearby animals by the sound of the trap being triggered. Eureka-Concept SRL cannot be held responsible for any accident caused by a lack of vigilance on the part of the user.

Products distributed by Eureka-Concept SRL under the DétruiRAT brand, or under any other brand, benefit from the same guarantee and from Eureka-Concept's general conditions of sale.

Return postage under warranty - Customers located in the European Union :

  • Eureka-Concept will cover the cost of returning the goods if the defect is proven and covered by the warranty.
  • If, after verification, the defect is not covered (misuse, normal wear and tear, unsuitable environment, etc.), the cost of return and redelivery will be invoiced to the customer.
  • In this case, a flat-rate analysis fee of €75 excluding VAT will also be charged to cover the tests and diagnosis carried out.

Return and redelivery costs - Customers outside the European Union :

In the event of the return of a product under guarantee from a country outside the European Union, transport costs, any customs duties, re-importation costs and any other costs associated with the return of the product to Belgium shall be borne entirely by the Customer.

Similarly, the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product, as well as any export costs, customs duties or local taxes, shall also be borne by the Customer.
