It is imperative to clean your trap thoroughly before returning it! A dirty trap may malfunction, and if we have to clean it and disinfect, a fee of €80.00 excluding VAT will be applied!

It happens too often that a trap is returned for a problem that does not require workshop intervention, such as dirt on an IR, a dirty electrocution cell, etc. - Is your power cable in good condition?
This may seem obvious, but if your power supply has been damaged, it is better to replace it before returning your trap, thus avoiding unnecessary costs.Order a power supply
You will be asked to provide photographs of your trap before shipment, It is essential that you send us photos of reasonable quality (maximum 4Mb) according to the shots shown below. Your trap travels at your own risk, so it is essential that we can see the condition it was in when it left!
If you have kept its box and protection, please put them back in place to protect it properly. If you no longer have the box, it is possible to order a "transport kit" from ourshop.
Shipping and return costs are only covered if your trap is indeed faulty. If this is not the case, the costs will be charged to you!
If you purchased your DétruiRAT trap from a dealer, it is imperative to go through them for customer service.
